PAYMENT INFORMATION: Pre-payment is required for admission to class. Payment is due upon class confirmation and may be made by check, company PO or credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY: You may substitute another to attend in your place without additional charge. Cancellations made prior to class confirmation are eligible for full refund. Cancellations made after class is confirmed will receive credit to a future EuroQuest program held within a subsequent one-year period. In such a case, a $100 processing fee will be applied at time of rescheduling. If a cancellation is made within five business days of a program, or if there is a failure to attend, the entire cost of the program will be forfeited. All cancellations must be confirmed in writing to EuroQuest. EuroQuest reserves the right to make changes in programs and speakers or to cancel programs if enrollment criteria are not met or when conditions beyond its control prevail. If a program is not held for any reason, EuroQuest's liability is limited to refund of the program fee. All program materials are included in the program fee and are the property of EuroQuest. EuroQuest carefully screens and trains its instructors; however, their thoughts and opinions are their own and are not the responsibility of EuroQuest.
