Bob Marcucci Senior Consultant As a senior consultant for EuroQuest, Bob Marcucci focuses on providing assistance in implementing quality management systems and working toward process improvement, including Increasing Customer Satisfaction, Continual Improvement, Disciplined Problem Solving, Process Improvement, Quality Costs, TQM, Process Documentation, Supplier Qualification, Process Control, Internal Auditing, FMEA and SPC. An experienced Operations and Quality Manager, Bob has an extensive background in the electronics industry as a manager of Value Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality and Operations, and as a consultant and instructor in the areas of Business Operating Processes and Procedures in Logistics and Manufacturing. Bob has managed world-wide quality improvement programs for several Fortune 500 companies, including over forty facilities for Digital Equipment Corporation. Bob has authored papers published in the IEEE Journal and several other publications. Bob is currently working with over 50 companies that are in pursuit of ISO 9001 or TS-16949 registration and has personally audited over 50 companies against these standards. Bob has worked with companies with as few as 4 people to companies with over 1000 employees, and with products ranging in price from under $10.00 to over $ 1M each. Bob has trained over 2000 manufacturing and administrative personnel in Process Control, Process Improvement, Total Quality Management (TQM), and Statistical Process Control (SPC). Bob has taught several courses at a local college and is currently teaching an evening college program in quality. Bob graduated from Northeastern University, Boston, Mass. with a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the American Society for Quality (ASQ) and has been certified by the ASQ as a Certified Quality Manager and a Certified Quality Auditor. Bob has been certified by the Registrar Accreditation Board as a Quality Systems Lead Auditor (RAB QMS-LA) and by the Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) as a TS-16949 Lead Auditor. Bob is the secretary of the Merrimack Valley chapter of the ASQ. |
